Job Description

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Construction AR/AP Specialist to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, specifically with accounts payable and receivable processes, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring accurate coding of expenses and prompt invoicing of clients.
  • Prepare and process AIA billing documents, including G702 and G703 forms.
  • Prepare and manage lien documents for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and send notices to owners as required for construction projects.
  • Assist in the release of liens and ensure compliance with relevant legal and financial regulations.
  • Maintain organized records of all financial transactions related to construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed within the finance department.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience with AP/AR in the construction industry.
  • Experience with the release of liens.
  • Experience with Notice to Owners.
  • Experience with AIA documents.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Salary Range: $26 - $33 per hour
